The St. Thomas More Society will host the annual Red Mass and Awards Luncheon on Wednesday, October 28, 2026.  Join lawyers, clergy, judges, and other members of the legal community in celebrating a new judicial year with this very special event. 

This year the Red Mass will return to the beautifully renovated Basilica of the Sacred Heart of Jesus at 353 Peachtree Street, NE, Atlanta, Georgia 30308. Mass will start at 11:00 am. This very special Mass features a judicial procession, spectacular music, and a special dedication to spiritual inspiration for lawyers and Judges.  

The Awards Luncheon will be held at its usual location at the Downtown Capital City Club at 7 John Portman Boulevard starting at noon. This year we are excited to recognize to the following: 

• The Honorable Charles A. Pannell, Jr., United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia, for his deep commitment to public service and ensuring justice for the most vulnerable. 

• Norman M. Brothers, Jr., Executive Vice-President and Chief Legal and Compliance Officer, UPS, for his dedication to serving others through his work with the Georgia Justice Project and Reach for Excellence.
